1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, customer portal, broadband, internet leased line, managed connectivity, IT infrastructure, installation, support and related services provided by Global (India) Tele-Infra Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By submitting an application, activating a connection, purchasing or renewing a plan, making an online payment, using the website or continuing to use our services, the customer (“Customer”, “you” or “your”) confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Customer Information
- The Customer must be legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable Indian law.
- The Customer shall provide accurate identity, address, contact, KYC and service-location information and promptly inform us of any change.
- Services may be activated only after successful feasibility, KYC verification, payment and completion of required documentation.
- Business or enterprise Customers must ensure that the person placing the order is duly authorised.
3. Service Availability and Activation
- All plans and services are subject to technical and commercial feasibility at the requested location.
- Estimated installation or activation dates are indicative and may change due to permissions, right-of-way, building access, fibre availability, third-party dependency, weather, force majeure or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Actual speed and performance may vary depending on the subscribed plan, network conditions, Wi-Fi environment, Customer equipment, server limitations, device capability, congestion outside our network and other technical factors.
- Unless expressly committed in a written Service Level Agreement, the service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
4. Plans, Charges and Taxes
- Plan charges, installation charges, deposits, device charges, static IP charges, support charges and other fees shall be as communicated at the time of purchase or renewal.
- Applicable taxes, statutory levies and regulatory charges will be charged in addition unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Prepaid plans remain valid only for the stated period. Unused validity or data does not automatically carry forward.
- We may revise plans, tariffs, benefits or commercial terms prospectively, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
- The Customer is responsible for checking the selected account ID, plan, amount and service location before payment.
5. Payments and Online Transactions
- Payments may be processed through banks, payment gateways, UPI or other authorised payment service providers.
- We do not ordinarily store complete card, UPI PIN, CVV or internet-banking credentials. Payment processing is governed additionally by the relevant provider’s terms.
- A payment shall be treated as successful only after confirmation is received in our billing system.
- The Customer shall not initiate an unjustified chargeback for a correctly delivered service. Any billing issue should first be reported to us with transaction details.
- Failure, delay or interruption caused by a bank or payment provider is subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Customer Premises Equipment
Routers, ONTs, modems, switches, power adapters, cables or other equipment (“CPE”) may be sold, rented, loaned or provided against a refundable security deposit, as specified in the order or installation record.
- Loaned or rented CPE remains our property and must not be sold, transferred, opened, modified, relocated or used with another provider without written approval.
- The Customer shall take reasonable care of CPE and provide authorised personnel access for installation, maintenance, replacement or recovery.
- Loss, theft, physical damage, water damage, electrical damage, unauthorised modification or failure to return Company-owned CPE may result in recovery charges.
- A refundable equipment deposit, where applicable, will be processed only after return and inspection of the CPE and settlement of all outstanding dues.
7. Acceptable and Lawful Use
The Customer shall use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Indian laws, licence conditions and regulatory directions. The Customer must not use or permit use of the service to:
- commit fraud, impersonation, harassment, stalking, threats, extortion or any criminal activity;
- access, publish, transmit, store or distribute unlawful, infringing, obscene, defamatory or malicious material;
- send spam, phishing messages, malware, ransomware, viruses or conduct denial-of-service attacks;
- gain unauthorised access to networks, systems, accounts or data;
- resell, redistribute or commercially share a residential connection unless expressly authorised;
- interfere with network integrity, bypass security controls or conceal unlawful activity;
- violate copyright, trademark, privacy, data protection or other rights.
We may block, restrict, suspend or terminate service where misuse is suspected, required by law, necessary to protect users or networks, or directed by an authorised government or law-enforcement agency.
8. Account and Network Security
- The Customer is responsible for protecting usernames, passwords, Wi-Fi credentials and connected devices.
- Activity performed through the Customer’s connection or account may be treated as authorised unless promptly reported otherwise.
- The Customer should immediately report suspected unauthorised access, credential compromise or equipment theft.
- We may require password resets, configuration changes or equipment replacement to protect network security.
9. Maintenance, Suspension and Termination
- Services may be temporarily interrupted for planned maintenance, emergency repairs, network upgrades, security incidents or regulatory compliance.
- We may suspend service for non-payment, expired validity, KYC failure, unlawful use, excessive abuse, safety risk, breach of these Terms or non-cooperation with necessary technical work.
- The Customer may request disconnection through the official support channel, subject to identity verification, outstanding-dues clearance and return of Company-owned CPE.
- Termination does not waive charges already accrued or liabilities arising before termination.
10. Support and Customer Responsibilities
- Support is limited to our network, supplied equipment and services within the agreed scope.
- Issues arising from Customer-owned devices, internal LAN, operating systems, third-party apps, unsupported routers, viruses or electrical faults may be chargeable or outside our responsibility.
- The Customer shall provide safe and reasonable site access, power supply, space and permissions required for installation and support.
11. Intellectual Property
The website, brand names, logos, graphics, software, portal, documentation and service materials are owned by or licensed to us. They may not be copied, modified, reverse engineered, republished or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Services and Content
Internet access may allow the Customer to use third-party websites, platforms, cloud services and content. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, legality, security, accuracy or practices. Use of third-party services is at the Customer’s discretion and subject to their terms.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, data, opportunity or goodwill arising from use or interruption of the service.
Our aggregate liability for a proven direct loss relating to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for that affected service during the immediately preceding one-month billing period, except where a different remedy is mandatorily required by law or expressly agreed in a written enterprise SLA.
14. Indemnity
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, agents and service providers against claims, losses, penalties, damages and reasonable costs arising from the Customer’s unlawful use, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or misuse of the connection.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, cable cuts, power failure, government action, regulatory order, labour disruption, cyberattack or failure of upstream or third-party networks.
16. Privacy and Records
Personal information and service records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We may preserve and disclose information where required by a lawful order, licence condition, regulatory direction, security investigation or legal obligation.
17. Complaints and Grievances
Customers should first contact support with their Customer ID, registered mobile number, service address and a description of the issue.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer or regulatory forum, courts having jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, law or business practices. The revised version will be published on the website with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
